New Online Classes

Many of you have been joining Joanna’s free breathing class. We only intended running the class for a few weeks, but the class became so popular that it is still running today. From next week, Joanna will be introducing more classes, each with a different focus.

7 months ago, at the start of the lockdown, I recognised just how important improving lung capacity would be for my patients. Frustrated by not being able to see patients in person, I asked Joanna Bednarek to set up a free breathing class to help teach techniques to our patients via Zoom. We only intended running the class for a few weeks but the class became so popular that it is still running today.

Over time the class has evolved and is not only focussing on immune and lung health but also anxiety, sleep issues and general well-being. We have recognised how valuable these classes are to many people who are wanting to invest in their health and have thus decided to introduce more classes, each with a different focus.

From next week on, as the days begin to darken, we are adding a few new classes joining the ranks!

Regular Monday Evening Guided Meditation Sessions

 

We take time to quiet the mind, relax the body and to soothe the nervous system before sleep. This class is open to anyone who would like to welcome some grounding experience into their lives and to develop regular connection with silence and stillness within themselves. 

No previous experience is needed and practice can be done sitting or lying in bed.    

 

Time : Monday 8pm for 45 minutes

Investment: £6 per class or £20 per four classes in a row

Tuesday Evening Breath Work and Upper BodyExercise 

 

Conscious Breathing Class is specifically designed to work on increasing lung capacity, to optimise oxygen levels and to reduce muscular tension in the entire upper body. 

 

Time : Tuesday 6pm for 45 minutes

This class is delivered on a donation basis to support Jo's further education in breath work

Thursday Early Morning Breath Work 

 

Start your day supercharged by connecting with your breath! When you start your day with a feeling of inner ease, it naturally builds up your resilience and prepares you for the day ahead. 

Pyjamas are allowed and so is practicing in bed!  

 

Time: Thursday 7.30am for 30 minutes

Investments: £5 per class or £20 per five classes in a row
