With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am a fully certified Functional Medicine Practitioner who has helped more than 2000 people take control of their health. I combine advanced, laboratory-based, data-driven insights with an integrated approach to optimise performance, energy, and resilience.

Specialising in addressing complex, chronic health issues—such as autoimmunity, chronic inflammation, fatigue, and digestive challenges—I craft personalised strategies that restore health, eliminate burnout, boost vitality, and maintain focus. My mission is to help you achieve long-term health that fuels your success.

With over 20 years of clinical expertise, I excel at uncovering the root causes of even the most complex health issues, ensuring that our work together is effective and transformative.

By integrating advanced laboratory diagnostics, functional medicine, immunology, and nutrition into a cohesive, data-driven process, I address each factor in your health matrix with precision. This integrated approach significantly increases the likelihood of a favourable outcome, restoring your health and enhancing your vitality.

My journey began nearly three decades ago with a degree in biomedical sciences and a career in biomedical research. After overcoming my own health challenges—including a diagnosis of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)—through natural and integrative methods, I dedicated my life to helping others achieve similar transformations.

Extensive training in Singapore, China, Thailand, Switzerland, and the UK has equipped me with a unique blend of Western medical knowledge and complementary therapies. This combination positions me uniquely to tackle complex conditions and restore optimal health.

Because of my background in biomedical sciences, I am able to combine western methods of diagnostics together with alternative testing to get to the root cause of complex health issues, which I have a great passion for investigating and finding tailored solutions for complex conditions.
