Joanna has been working in the health industry for over 15 years, beginning her journey as a diverse massage therapist and yoga teacher before transitioning into health advisory roles in various health food stores. Eventually, she moved into functional medicine practices in Edinburgh, where she deepened her expertise in holistic health.
For the past three and a half years, Joanna has been working as a certified Health Coach with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), supporting individuals in improving their health on multiple levels. Over the years, she has developed a strong understanding of habit psychology and why some people are more successful in implementing long-lasting changes than others.
She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and guiding others on their journey toward better health!
